Is the preview really free?
Yes. Add a photo and see the card with a watermark, no sign-up and no card details. You only pay to keep and send it.
What happens to my photo?
It stays private. We use it only to make your card, never to train AI, and we delete it after 30 days unless you keep the card. Kids’ photos too.
How does the yearly membership renew?
It costs $35.99 a year and renews on the same date (if you join today: Jan 1, 1971). We email you 7 days before it renews, and you can cancel in two taps from any receipt. No free trial that turns into a charge.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you don’t love it, reply to your receipt or write to hello@hiwith.ai and we refund you in full.
How do I send the card?
You get a short link (hiwith.ai/c/…) that opens on any phone with no app and no sign-up. Send it by text, WhatsApp or email, or download the picture and the video.
Does it work with iPhone photos?
Yes: HEIC, huge photos and sideways photos all work. Pick one where their face is clear.
